I have severe neuropathy so have to use this on highest setting for two consecutive sessions before I can feel anything at all so I am disappointed. However my husband uses it and only needs a low setting and finds it very therapeutic. There's a large variety of foot massages and some work the calf muscles. I would recommend this for people with some feeling in their feet - I'm sure they would find it beneficial.
