Getting Mute Just Right
It’s just a few simple steps to a better night’s sleep.
STEP 1 Pro tip: Looking in a mirror can be helpful at first — you’ll master Mute in no time. Hold the bridge of the device with the loops facing you and the paddles facing outward.
STEP 2
Gently place the loops inside your nose and tilt the bridge upwards towards the tip of your nose as you insert.
STEP 3
Mute should sit all the way inside your nose. The bridge should show, spanning the nostrils. If your Mute device is hanging out, it may be too big.
HOW TO ADJUST
You can easily adjust your device to make it more comfortable. Expand the loops by gently clicking the paddles outward. Each side can be adjusted separately for the perfect fit.

All in all and so far not bad.
My main gripe is that it cannot do the AVR, AVL and AVF leads. I would hope that a software patch for the unit could solve that though.
Easy to operate though and very portable for emergency monitoring on a call out. Also very useful to placate anxious patients. This is not a full on ECG so its not a substitute but a worthy adjunct!
Delivery was fast. The unit itself seems pretty robust. The included software I have found to be excellent and intuitively easy to use.
It has that ER Bleep sound so beloved by hospital drama shows but no volume control, its either annoyingly loud or off.
For the price its excellent.
Healthcare4all Note: New version of software now included (June 2013) - now compatible with Win 7/8 32 & 64 bit.
With present software can't display realtime replay on computer and can't use computer as monitor while recording. No heart rate display whle recording, but can see what the heart rate would have been in retrospect on computer. Despite shortcomings of software still a good product if you don't expect too much of it.
The manual is written in pigeon English, translated from Chinese, but better than the Translated English of ten years ago
