Beurer EM50 Menstrual Relax TENS and HEAT Period Pain Relief

This is the second heatpad that I have purchased from yourselves..first one still going well.
The second one is not so good........
The initial switch on is good and goes up to temperature,but then does not keep the temp at the set point...there is a great delay on reheating.
The electrical cord connection at the pad end can be very uncomfortable due the large connector block.
The Old design was far better

This is the best heat pad I have ever purchased and believe me, having had fibromyalgia for 14 years I have tried nearly everyone available, The heat is instant, consistent, extremely warm and soothing a real triumph. The actual pad is large enough to cover both shoulders and neck comfortably, larger than most other makes and models. For anyone experiencing pain, especially if body is sore to touch this model provides the ultimate relief,the heat pad is covered in a thick, quality fleece giving the ultimate in soothing, soft, heat therapy. I cannot recommend this product highly enough it would make the most welcome gift fot anyone who finds relief from heat encased in a beautifully soft, soothing cover. This is definitely the ultimate in heat pads look no further I certainly wont be. Also the staff at Healthcare4all are second to none, excellent service, nothing is too much trouble and you talk to staff who care about the business, the products but most of all the customers. This is my first purchase with this firm and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much, I write this with my new fleecy heatpad around my neck and shoulders, SHEER BLISS!
